The tofu was expertly cooked , had a bit of a skin on it and maintained it’s wonderful moistness inside and perfectly took on the flavor of the expertly made sauce. Apparently this chef has mastered his trade. Oh yeah, there was plenty of al dente broccoli in the plate. I love this place! ”
